In addition, we will inform you as follows.
◯ The annual membership fee for 2022 will be half the normal fee (as a result, the annual membership fee for 2020, 2021 and 2022 will be half (3,000 yen / person, year)).
◯ Please pay the unpaid annual membership fee by credit card from the Coubic website (https://coubic.com/daito-ryu/755148) by the end of September.
・ Please pay in a lump sum for each branch / study group (at the time of payment, please email the details such as the target year and the number of target students (name if possible) to the headquarters).
・ If you cannot pay through the Coubic or pay by credit card, please inform that to the headquarters and save the money until other payment methods is available.
・ If your students want to take the promotion examination online, they need to pay the annual membership fee for at least the past 3 years (2020-22).
・ If your students want to take the promotion examination online, the relevant branch / study group needs to have an online seminar by the headquarters (Hombucho Sensei) at least once (30,000 yen / time). Please request by email.Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

2022.02.08The 45th Japan Kobudo Demonstrations was held at Nippon Budokan
The 45th Japan Kobudo Demonstrations was held at Nippon Budokan on February 6th.
Unfortunately, the event was held without spectators, but the 27 leading Ko-ryu martial arts Soke and his students performed.

To all Daito-ryu Aikijujutsu Branch/Study group Chiefs
2021 is about to end under the influence of the unprecedented COVID-19 disaster that has involved the entire world. I would like to express my deepest sympathies to all the affected students and their families. And I am proud as Hombucho that many of the students made best efforts to continue practicing even under the circumstances of going out restrictions and dojo closure in each country.
I will give you a brief annual report.

All the following events scheduled for 2021 have been cancelled.
Asakusa demonstration of Japanese Traditional Martial Arts, Slovakia seminar, Kastuura camp.
・ If requested, we will hold special practice of the headquarters. Please contact and ask us directly.
・ I would like each branch to participate in the demonstration of the Japan Traditional Martial Arts Association and Japan Traditional Martial Arts Promotion Society, and overseas seminars. If you or your students would like to participate, please consult with Hombucho.
I would like to return to normal as soon as possible and hold regular seminars and camps, but we cannot predict at this present. Online seminars will be held on the second Sunday of every month, and online branch/study group chiefs’ meetings will be held at any time. I would like to overcome this difficulty while strengthening communication between students.
Let’s defeat COVID-19 and spend 2022 well.
