2026.04.242026年靖国神社春季例大祭奉納演武 Dedicatory performance at the 2026 Yasukuni Shrine Spring Grand Festival
4月23日靖国神社春季例大祭にて、奉納演武を務めさせていただきました。
祖国を守る為に亡くなられた246万6千余柱の神霊に感謝の念を込め、またこれからの日本の弥栄を願い、奉納演武を執り行いました。あわせて正式参拝もさせていただきました。

On April 23rd, we performed a ceremonial martial arts demonstration at the Yasukuni Shrine Spring Grand Festival.
We performed the demonstration with gratitude for the more than 2,466,000 spirits who died protecting our homeland, and with prayers for the future prosperity of Japan. We also offered formal prayers.

MCの岡田准一さん、ケンドーコバヤシさん、元スポーツ庁長官金メダリストの室伏広治さん、元貴景勝の湊川親方、レスリング金メダリストの日下尚さん、総合格闘家の伊澤星花さん、豪華メンバーで素晴らしい武道番組になっております。
大東合気柔術の一端もお見せ出来ます。
I will be appearing on NHK General TV’s “Meikyou Shisui” at 11pm on March 3rd.
It’s a fantastic martial arts program with an all-star cast, including MCs Junichi Okada and Kendo Kobayashi, former Sports Agency Commissioner and gold medalist Murofushi Koji, former Takakeisho stablemaster Minatogawa, wrestling gold medalist Kusaka Hisashi, and mixed martial artist Izawa Seika.
I will also be able to show you a bit of Daito Aikijujutsu.

A Domestic Joint Training Session will be held on Sunday, March 15, 2026, at the Martial Arts Hall of the Tokyo Chuo City Sports Center.

2026.02.02第49回日本古武道演武大会 The 49th Japanese Kobudo Demonstration Tournamen
2025年2月1日、日本武道館にて第49回日本古武道演武大会が開かれました。
大東流合気柔術は第2回から出場しているなじみの深い大会です。
先師武田時宗先生が5人捕や9人捕の秘技を初めて公開した想い出深い大会でもあります。
今回は大東流のエッセンスを詰めた演武をさせて頂きました。
On February 1, 2025, the 49th Japan Kobudo Demonstration Tournament was held at the Nippon Budokan.
Daito-ryu Aikijujutsu is a familiar presence in this tournament, having participated since the second tournament.
It is also a memorable tournament, where our late teacher, Takeda Tokimune, first revealed his secret techniques of 5-nin-dori and 9-nin-dori.
This time, we performed a demonstration that embodied the essence of Daito-ryu.
