2025年4月26日ホテルグランドヒル市ヶ谷に於いて近藤勝之総務長瑞宝単光章受賞祝賀会が開催されました。この受賞は多年にわたり自衛官募集相談員として国に貢献され相談員としては初めての誉ある受賞となりました。
当日は自衛隊幹部の皆様・国会議員始め政治家の皆様・植芝守央道主始め古武道関係者の皆様・自衛官相談員のお仲間の皆様・古時計研究者の皆様・大東流門下生一同・総務長とご交友のありました多くの皆様。３００人近くの皆様にご参集を頂き、近藤勝之総務長先生ご夫妻をお祝いさせていただきました。
門下生として、多年のご貢献・ご実績の素晴らしさを痛感するとともに、栄えある祝賀会に参列できましたこと無上の喜びです。

On April 26, 2025, a celebration was held at Hotel Grand Hill Ichigaya in honor of Somucho Katsuyuki Kondo Sensei, receiving the Order of the Zuihou-tankousyou. This prestigious award, given for his many years of dedicated service as a Recruitment Counselor for the Self-Defense Forces, marks the first time such an honor has been bestowed upon someone in this role.

On the day of the celebration, nearly 300 distinguished guests gathered to offer their congratulations, including senior officials of the Self-Defense Forces, members of the National Diet and other politicians, martial arts leaders including Doshu Moriteru Ueshiba, fellow recruitment counselors, horological researchers, students of Daito-ryu, and many friends and acquaintances of Chief Kondo.

As a student under his guidance, I was deeply moved by the magnitude of his contributions and accomplishments, and it was an immense honor and joy to be able to attend such a distinguished celebration.
